Direct method of outreach to a vendor would be to send the vendor coorespondence using the PRISM Correspondence Center.  This service allows PRISM jurisdictional users to send pre-stored letters, emails or some other PDF to vendors in PRISM and records the event in the correspondence log.

The correspondence center can be utilized in any module in PRISM to send pre-stored letters, email or other documents created as pdf to vendors.  Correspondence can be sent via email, printed and mailed, or faxed

Indirect method of outreach would be for the jurisdcition to post a News & 
Event or Workshop on their PRISM portal.
