Qualifications:
• The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of hands-on implementation of Hyperion Planning and Essbase
• The ideal candidate would have several years of similar roles as a consultant (Lead Analyst/PM)
• This person will work directly with the Senior level Financial Reporting personnel at the client, so must have excellent communication
skills, client consulting skills, and leadership skills
• Superb technical and functional skills
• Willing to travel every week, if necessary (client is based in Dallas area, so Dallas-based consultant is a huge plus, but location
not a deal-breaker if open to travel)

Position Summary:
The Support Services Supervisor is responsible for supervising staff processes to meet team and department goals. Promote customer satisfaction, both internal and external. Supervisors carry out supervisor responsibilities in accordance with organization policies, procedures, and applicable laws, including administration metrics related to productivity and quality. The position also oversees workflow, training, and verifying the accuracy of their team’s work. Job Responsibilities:
- Supervision of Transcription and Report Production.
- Assists as needed to perform other related duties and special projects as required.

- Provides ongoing support to Manager, Transcription and Report Production.
- Assesses, processes, and oversees workflow, handling the daily scheduling of employee breaks and coverage of work stations.
